1. Excavate 5x5 access hole to cut out and repair broken main sewer line where root intrusion has occurred. Once repair is made, hydrostatic test will be performed to ensure no additional issues 2. Create 4x4 access hole on side of home outside master bath, tunnel in approximately 8 ft cut out and replace broken section of main sewer line. Test for leaks by way of hydrostatic test, city inspection, engineer compaction report and backfill 3. Verified all systems are removing 20 degrees of heat from home. That upstairs is split with two systems and in the middle room both have supply air vents in room which is where I believe the confusion came about one of the systems not cooling properly. Found flue pipe at one furnace is not correct and needs to be for safety & code Upstairs system located in overhead attic not properly plumbed and needs to be addressed for code and safety.
