Felix came out on Christmas Eve right away and replaced my contactor. He recommended I change out a capacitor as well and showed and told me why. He was incredibly transperant with his services. Felix and his team are clearly trying to do a positive thing for Denton and the community with how they work.

Had an issue with my AC unit leaking water from the furnace side of the unit. Submitted a request on Yelp and immediately got a response from Rite Now Home Services. I always look at the company reviews and read them carefully before selecting a business. RNHS had all 5 star reviews, plus had a tech nearby that could be at the house in 30 min. I scheduled the appointment and immediately received a text with Jace's bio and information. 5 minutes later, I received a phone call from Jace with his ETA.

Jace arrived at the home, introduced himself and we discussed the issue I was having. He immediately diagnosed the problem, solved the issue and was very thorough in explaining what happened, and how to potentially prevent this from happening again. As most companies do, they have service plans. They didn't push this on me, I asked about one. I happily signed up for the plan and happy I did so with them. Great to have such great customer service.
