How did Jared become the face of our brand? Well, Jared is a real-life individual—and a 3rd generation home services contractor. From an early age, it was ingrained in him that working hard and caring for others are two of the most important things you can ever do in life. Today, that same spirit unites Jared and his parents, Joe and Tawnya Strittmatter, as they faithfully steward the growth and direction of Rite NOW Home Services together. Their shared calling is to provide an exceptional place where people can come together each day to make the world a better place. Our mascot was created in Jared’s image because he embodies the qualities of a servant leader—always striving to treat others with kindness and dignity.

Had an issue with my AC unit leaking water from the furnace side of the unit. Submitted a request on Yelp and immediately got a response from Rite Now Home Services. I always look at the company reviews and read them carefully before selecting a business. RNHS had all 5 star reviews, plus had a tech nearby that could be at the house in 30 min. I scheduled the appointment and immediately received a text with Jace's bio and information. 5 minutes later, I received a phone call from Jace with his ETA.

Jace arrived at the home, introduced himself and we discussed the issue I was having. He immediately diagnosed the problem, solved the issue and was very thorough in explaining what happened, and how to potentially prevent this from happening again. As most companies do, they have service plans. They didn't push this on me, I asked about one. I happily signed up for the plan and happy I did so with them. Great to have such great customer service.

I really appreciate the work the Rite Now technicians did. Initially we worked with Jace, who showed up promptly, was respectful and knowledgeable. Later his field supervisor Felix came by to ensure everything was going well. They identified the issue with our AC unit and provided a quick solution. I’m glad we called them today because, this could have become a much larger problem within a few days (ceiling was already being noticeably damaged). Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised with my service from Jeff at RITE NOW. He came quickly and found that my HVAC still had time left on its warranty. He went out of his way to get the parts quickly and had me back up and running in no time. I thought it was going to be a miserable weekend without air conditioning but he saved the day.

I woke up Monday morning to a water puddle in my laundry room. I initially thought the water was coming from the washer But in my effort to dry it up.I could tell the problem was goingna.Be a little more involved because the water was coming from my walls. And the A/C unit was right above that wall so I feared the worst. So I went online and reported my issue and I had several companies reach out to provide their services. So I just took a chance and I am so glad that I did . My service technician Mr. Jace was excellent. His customer service was exceptional. The last company I used tried to upsell me on an entire house reduct. Thankfully Mr. Jace didn't do that...he identify the problem and explained it in layman's terms. He answered all my questions. He made me feel like my issue was now his issue and he would resolve it as if this was his home. And I got an extra bonus... his superviser Mr. Felix stopped by. I found this to be very impressive because I truly felt like a priority with this company and that they cared. I don't know who the owner is but they have hired some amazing people. So thank you Mr. Jace & Mr. Felix And I look forward to working with you and your company with my future A/C and Plumbing needs.
