Found system leaking from float switch cup. Float switch had previously been removed and tied up. Indicates ongoing drain issues. Float switch had tape wrapped around it to keep it from tripping. Cleared drain with compressed Co2. Found evidence of the clog in the lavatory after clearing. Tested lavatory drain the be sure it worked after clearing condensation drain from air conditioner. Used shop vac to pull vacuum on condensation drain line at air handler as a precaution to be sure drain is clear. Reinstalled float switch properly to stop the system from overflowing when drain issues occur. Recommend maintenance apply bleach to air conditioner trap periodically to prevent inevitable future clogs.
