My outdoor unit was not turning on, so I called on a Sunday afternoon (Memorial Day weekend). Felix was at my house within 30 minutes and my AC was working again within minutes of his arrival. This unit is old and he could have just as easily told me it needed to be replaced, so I value the honesty and integrity to do the cheap fix and not try to upsell me. I will definitely be calling them when it's time to replace the unit!

My 40 gallon water tank went out on Wednesday morning. I called Rite Now A/C and they sent Chance Cooper out that same day to give me options for replacement. I went with a Navien tankless. Chance repaired my existing hot water heater to get me through to Friday when they were able to convert everything over to the new tankless water system.. Chance showed up on Friday morning to replace my system. He work 12+ hours and finished after 8 pm! He showed me how to operate the system and did an amazing job of cleaning up… if I could give more then 5 stars I would.. if your looking for an EXCELLENT COMPANY look no further just Call RITE NOW AC AND HEATING!! Thank you so much Chance for all your hard work and dedication to making sure me and my family were taken care of.
